The main thesis of Tengku's seminar was "Clear presentation is the result of clear thinking." With this underlying message,Tengku outlined five common mistakes made by leaders when communicating with a group. These were:
         1. Lack of Preparation
        2. Too Much Information were presented
        3. Lack of Structure in the presentation
        4. The abuse of Power Point slides
        5. No SPARK  to excite the audience
Participants were made to conduct extemporaneous
presentations and received feedback from Tengku on their
strengths and areas for improvements when making an
extemporaneous speech.
